Educate U is a leadership academy and career exploration program. The educational approach focuses on students’ interests, with courses designed to align with career goals and prepare for a successful transition into the workforce. This program provides interventions with positive and culturally sensitive career counseling and support services, setting participants up for success at a much higher rate and decreasing the high school dropout rate. The focus is mastering program benchmarks such as personalized self-assessments, career-specific action plans, career matching, mentorship, job shadowing, and employment opportunities.
