ABOUT
Old Sōl is an independent designer-owned and operated art and lifestyle boutique based in Los Angeles and powered by Luna Impact, a local creative studio. We meticulously and ethically source our pieces and prioritize eco-friendly and woman-owned/crafted handmade works.
We are raising tax-deductible funds through our Fiscal Sponsor, SIMA Studios, to create a physical exhibition space in Los Angeles. Proceeds will go towards exclusively showcasing and supporting works from emerging and established earth-friendly women artists and women-owned brands.
Our mission is an ever-evolving and expanding ecosystem. We aim to create a platform that fosters a new paradigm of art collectors and creators through amplifying the underrepresented, democratizing access to their works, and rewriting the definition of a traditional art gallery into one that encompasses diverse artistic mediums, voices, creative pursuits and expressions.
Our goal is to raise $120,000 to support the gallery and exhibitions in its first year of opening as we establish a sustainable income revenue through selling showcased pieces. We are going this route versus traditional funding to ensure that the ethos of our work is not compromised and to imbue our exhibition space with the very inspiration for its creation: community.
ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Erinn Sullivan is the founder of Luna Impact and the founder + curator of Old Sōl. For over a decade, Erinn has worked in the social impact, nonprofit and philanthropic art space—working as a designer and art director with leading brands and female entrepreneurs across the world. Blending a background in design, arts and social impact, Erinn created Old Sōl as a creative sanctuary for the new paradigm.
