Older Brother preserves and reactivates analog cultural memory, offering audiences a collective space to reflect on identity, adolescence, and immigration in the pre-digital era. It builds intergenerational community (Gen Z, millennials, immigrants) and provides access to cultural experiences beyond algorithm-driven consumption. By proposing accessible performances and collaborations with local businesses, the project strengthens Los Angeles’s cultural ecosystem while championing diversity, experimentation, and cultural preservation.
