After a 5 year long legal battle with the NYPD, survivor, advocate and the film’s director Desdemona Dallas, works to gain the emotional courage to open their case files from a decade old sexual assault case. Utilizing intimate interviews between Dallas and those who helped them along their path, the film explores how the NYPD regularly mishandles cases of assault and the long term impacts of those cases.
